  • The Nain Rouge Brewing School is a collaborative effort with 3MISSION Partners, Eastern Michigan University, and Midtown Detroit, Inc. This unique partnership brings together industry expertise and university level instruction to provide better access to education, training, and employment pathways related to the craft brewing and hospitality industries. The Nain Rouge Brewing School seeks to drive these industries forward, while creating new and exciting opportunities for all.

    At the heart of the Nain Rouge Brewing School is the Brewing & Hospitality Training Program. This track is launching April 2022 & is targeted toward entry-level workers that hope to develop the basic skillset to gain employment in the brewing & restaurant hospitality industries. Students enrolled in this program will go through a 12-week training curriculum which will provide an understanding of the day-to-day brewery & restaurant operations & the basic on-the-job principles used.
